Trout Lines, Trotlines, and Good Times
From all the fish, critters, crickets and coonasses down here in the Louisana Swampland, a big hardy welcome! My daytime gig is computer programming… but when that whistle blows its off to the lake house to spend some time with the family and mess around on the lake. Of course at my house, that can only mean one thing: catfishing!
Uncle Leon's At it Again!
Now don’t get me wrong… I can’t fish ALL the time ( allthough I’d love that ) so I have to do other important things.
You know, the usual, make trotlines, mixing up different bait recipes, sharpen my hooks, build a skiff… etc. And then when my body just doesn’t want to go any more, I sit right here and do a little online fishin’ stuff. So whether your a newbie catfish angler, or an old catfishing pro, I wanna offer you a country boy welcome. If you were close by I’d offer you a cup of good Community Coffee or a cold drink.
Well, reckon I need to get back to something besides ratchet jawing…Take care of our lakes & camp; rivers, and teach a youngster what it’s like to enjoy a little peace and quiet on the water…(well until Ole Whiskers bends that pole…hehe, then its FISH ON!)
